First time in Quebec!

Last summer I went in Quebec City with one of my friend and her mom. We went there because my friend had a important appointment. And at the same they always stay a few days to see Quebec and do shopping, so she asked me to go with them! We stayed one week at  the Hotel Quebec.  It's a really nice downtown hotel.
We were in a room like this one, it was always clean and I felt comfortable right away!

We went do shopping at the Centre Laurier where I spent maybe to much money! There are two mall one beside each other so you have lots of choice of store (maybe not a good thing, my wallet didn't liked that...).

My favourite part of this trip was he Old Quebec! That's so pretty! It make me think about the little village in France that I use to visit with my family, that was really nice! Lots of little shops, little tiny street and of course Le Château Frontenac!

And before coming home we went to Cambelton visit my friend's family. I liked it because I saw more about New Brunswick and that's pretty cool!

And after all this fun stuff time to go home! I keep some really good souvenir of this trip :)

My new home ; Moncton

Like I said in my previous post I live in Moncton since 2years. I know some really nice places but I have so much to discover! I'm gonna share with you what I know already, what I want to do and what Moncton propose.

At first I want to talk about restaurants because I LOVE FOOD maybe too much!

L'idylle Bistro

Maybe you know already this restaurant you know like a French gastronomic restaurant, L'idylle, but this summer they change their type of cuisine. They became L'idylle Bistro, it's still french cuisine but less gastronomic and now everyone can enjoy this fabulous cuisine! Simple thing are most of the time the best things!
The Chef Emmanuel Charretier and his wife Helene own it and run it.
Don't be shy to call and make a resevertion! :)

Graffiti

For my second restautant I choose Graffiti on Main Street. I really love the ambiance in the restaurant. It's cosy, you have nice rock music, the light is not bright and the most important thing the food is really good! Simple cuisine, go by seafood meat, pizza, pasta... The portion are really nice, the service always good and all of that for a good prize!

897 Main St Moncton, NB E1C 1G5

Aboiteau

The Aboiteau beache is located in Cap-Pélé, around 40min away Moncton. I enjoy this place because you doesn't have many people you can find in the most popular beache.

Finally Moncton is a great town to stay, you have many things to do, it's a town for everyone!

We need to begin somewhere

Hi, my name is Maryline and I am 18years old. I am French and I move in Neaw-brunswick, Canada, 2years ago.
I'am not sure about my future job yet but I'm sure about one thing; I want to travel, meet lots of people and discover different culture. For the moment I went in England, in Spain and in Guadeloupe but I want more! That's why I'm studying in travel and hospitality this year.
I'm gonna try to share with you what I want to do/see and what i already do/see.

The Bridge of London in England.

I went to London when I was in the 8th grade with my class. That was really nice to be with my
friend in this beautiful city. I have omly good memories about this town. Also I went to
York, a really cute town where the castel of the Queen is.

The Saint-Anne Beach in Guadeloupe

I went to Guadeloupe with my family in the 6th grade. That was the first time I took the plane! For the people who don't know it's a island on the sea of Caribbean, it's 700km away from
Dominican Republic. This is a colonie of France. The people are really nice
and friendly over there. My favorite place in Guadeloupe is a cays,
Island of Sainte. On this area you can't use car, you arrived
in boat and then use a bike, a scooter or your feet!
That was awesome

The Castel de Guadelest lac in Spain

This trip in Spain was also a trip with my class in the 9th grade. We were with a spanish family for a week. So we ate local meals an everything that was really interesting! And my trip to Engalnd
was the same thing! Anyways we went on this place and that just magic. I really
loved it! I wish I could go back there, maybe some day! :)
